Undergraduate Research Assistant

Background:  I am driven to use my background in biomedical engineering to merge technology with biology and medicine to help create a healthier world. I have played soccer all my life and recently got into tennis, and I find sports to be my favorite outlet outside of school that helps my mental health and performance of all kinds. After learning about muscle physiology to enhance my training and athletic abilities, I joined Dr. Sundberg's lab and look forward to exploring the cellular and metabolic mechanisms of longitudinal decline in muscular performance.

Outside the Lab: I love watching and playing soccer and tennis, hiking, and kicking back with friends and family.
